FAQ's & Refunds

  1. Book a Discovery Call/Video.
  2. Once we confirm my services are a good fit for both parties a appointment will be booked and a deposit paid.
  3. Before the appointment instructions and a intake form will be sent to your email please send intake form back within 24hrs or as promptly as possible to best prepare for the session.
  4. Either a Video link will be sent and it is important you set aside 90mins min. in a quiet place you will not be disrupted. If in person arrive on time ready to relax and wear comfortable clothes if possible.
  5. Proceeding a RTT session a tape will be sent to you to listen to for a min. of 21 days. Following other sessions, supporting materials will be provided when helpful.
  6. Lastly a follow call will be schedules abou 10 days after the session to answer any questions and check in on your progress.
  • 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling without proper notice, deposit will be forfeited. (Consideration of deposit will forwarded for up to 3 months with proper notice.
  • All appointments require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit at the time of booking.
  • Appointments can only be rescheduled a maximum of two times, before deposit is forfeited.

Services are non-refundable once rendered. For consideration proof of fulfillment of full programming commitment must be submitted. 

E-transfer’s, online payment and cash in cheque in person.
